In short:
- Delivery time is back to being 7-9 working days on average
- Update on compensation for clients who had to wait for too long will come next week
During the past week we have worked flat out, increased our coffee consumption tenfold, and did all that was in our power to bring our deliveries back to normal – and we succeeded! The realistic delivery time is back to being 7 to 9 working days.
Of course this doesn't mean that everything is a bed of roses now. We know that some of you had to wait an incredibly long time for your products, and maybe are still waiting. We are going through all the messages about the whereabouts of your orders as fast and efficiently as we can, it's a promise!
A plan for the future
We have learned our lesson and understood the importance of always having an emergency plan in case of unexpected crisis like the one we all just had to go through. A prompt communication with our delivery services will be one of its most important points. This time we have done this way too late because we were hoping to be able to have everything back in control rather quickly, thus making it up to you. We are really sorry about that.
The amount of angry and disappointed emails and reviews we have received in these past two weeks, has shocked us. Just saying sorry from the bottom of our hearts will not bring back the costumers we have lost, we know that. Therefore we are going to compensate those of you who had to wait particularly long for their products. More info about this will come next week.

Online reviews are a very important factor in the decision if to trust a webshop or not. Albeit we do realise that our deliveries and organisation were... less than great during the Corona crisis, this does not reflect at all our normality.
