Many curry pastes on the market use shrimp paste as their basic ingredient. We made a conscious decision against it and replaced it with soy paste - therefore our curry paste is 100 % plant-based and perfect for a vegan or vegetarian diet.

What is the calorie content of this green curry paste?

Our red curry paste has only 62 kcal per 100 g. Since you usually only use a couple of tablespoons for your dishes, it adds virtually no calories to your culinary creations.

How long is the shelf-life of this green curry paste?

Sharper than expected!

Hossa, a very wonderful original Thai curry flavor wanders with this paste to your house. I had hoped the green variant is a little milder compared to the red - it probably is... for me still too heavy :D So best to have plenty of coconut milk ready to mix!
