Everything at a glance
Our vegan Pesto Verde only survived a few days in your fridge? Well now you can see red, because our Italian Mamas did it again. With the mission to create a vegan version of the "Pesto Rosso", they surpassed themselves once again. The carefully picked dried tomatoes are giving the pesto it's typical colour of deep red and their intensive aroma. The added Tofu gives the pesto a wonderful creamy consistency and a slight cheesy taste. The whole thing is rounded off with pine nuts, oil, a pinch of salt and of course a lot of Amore. So thanks to out Italian Mamas who once again created a heaven like pesto.
If you're in a hurry but you can't go without a savoury pasta creation in your stomach, our pesto rosso is ideal for you. Another tip: try it as a spread on bread or as a salat sauce!
