It comes from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethopia, the motherland of Arabica coffee, which also gives it its name. The coffee is grown in vast fields between 1770 and 2200 meters above sea level. After harvest, it is washed, fermented and dried in the sun. Then after being imported to Germany, it is roasted in Hamburg especially for us. Its variety of flavors is developped. In the end, the coffee is ground or wrapped in whole beans. Yirgacheffe’s sweet character sets it apart from others. Its aromas also remind us of citrus because of its fruity note. This is how this coffee differs from other Arabicas. The association between a slightly bitter profile and a medium body, it is a delight for complex coffee lovers.
