In terms of use, there are no limits to your creativity with chickpea puree. Mostly chickpea puree is used as a spread and is great on your bread or crackers. But also dipped in raw vegetables, the chickpea puree tastes great. Is the chickpea puree vegan?

Our chickpea puree is unfortunately not vegan, because we use honey for the certain sweetness. For each:n vegetarians:in, however, the delicious mush is perfectly suitable.

What distinguishes chickpea puree from hummus?

Basically, the chickpea puree and hummus do not differ much; the base of chickpeas is, after all, the same. But the two delicious chickpea creams do differ slightly from each other: While hummus is refined with garlic, lemon and tahini and is thus rather savory, roasted chickpeas are refined with coconut oil and honey in our puree. A whole new taste experience that tastes rather sweet and should not be eaten with falafel. Although ... maybe it tastes?
