For this reason, you should not heat pumpkin seed oil and use it for frying, because the unsaturated fatty acids contained in it can start to taste rancid at high temperatures and the nutrients are also quickly lost.

Cucurbita Argyrosperma

The seeds of this variety are elliptical and slightly puffed up, and their husk is white, smooth and even. They are 15-30 x 8-16 millimetres in size. This variety is mainly grown in Peru and Argentina.
