What are the advantages of bag-in-box packaging?

The bag-in-boxes consist of an airtight plastic bag that can be opened with a tap. Convenient for transportation, the 3 L of juice are stored in a cardboard box. After you have finished drinking your Haskap Berry Juice, you can recycle the plastic bag in the yellow bag and put the paper carton in the paper trash. Another advantage is the extended shelf life thanks to the airtight plastic bag.

What is the shelf life of Haskap juice and what is the best way to store the box?

Beheimatet im Osten Russlands

Honigbeeren schmecken zwar ähnlich wie die Südfrüchte Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Brombeeren. In ihren Anforderungen an den Boden unterscheiden sich die Beeren aber ungemein: Denn Honigbeeren können auch an einem halbschattigen Standort prima gedeihen und sind sogar frosthart. Daher können Haskap Beeren auch prima in den Breitengraden von Russland und Deutschland angebaut werden.

Verzweigte Pflanze

Maibeeren sind die Frühzünder unter den Pflanzen. Schon im März kommen cremeweiße Blüten zum Vorschein. Die Pflanze wächst bereits bei frühlingshaften Temperaturen – jedoch nicht in Höhe, sondern eher ineinander: Denn Maibeer-Sträuche sind reich verzweigte Pflanzen.

Im Mai kommt die Maibeere

Bis zu drei Meter groß wachsen die Sträuche der Honigbeere. Sobald sich die ersten Früchte tiefblau eingefärbt haben, ist Erntezeit angesagt. Bereits im Mai beginnt die Haskapbeeren Saison – daher auch der Zweitname “Maibeere”. Pro Strauch können die Landwirte etwa 6 kg Beeren ernten.

Vielzahl von Sorten

Eine pflegeleichte Pflanze mit leckerem Ertrag – da sind Deine Ohren sicherlich gespitzt. Warum nicht gleich selber eine Maibeeren-Hecken einpflanzen? Du kannst Dich zwischen vielen verschiedenen Maibeer-Sorten entscheiden: Morena, Eisbär, Fialka, Blue Velvet und Maistar – um nur die beliebtesten zu nennen.

Für unsere Maibeeren geht es nach der Sortierung direkt in den Entsafter. Dort werden die erntefrischen Früchte schonend gepresst, so dass der pure Saft mit seinem intensiven Geschmack demnächst zu Dir nach Hause geliefert wird.
