Where do the olives come from?

Our mission was to find the best olives for the olive paste. Logically, then, we went to the olive country par excellence: In Greece, we found black, flavorful Kalamata olives that are perfect for our paste and are still processed into it on site!

Of course you can choose from Olives olive oil, Salt and spices to make your own olive paste. But we always find it good to have a back-up jar of our Greek paste on hand for when unannounced visitors drop by.

Do you reveal the recipe of the olive paste?

Only particularly tasty ingredients such as the finest black Kalamata olives, high quality olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and some selected spices come us in the olive spread. All ingredients are from organic farming. You can find the exact composition on the product detail page.
