But that's not all: we don't use any additives to coax the sweet taste out of the onions. That's why the recipe for the roasted onions is without flour or salt. Great texture and the best taste come thanks to their special drying process: first, the onions are put in the oven at 47 °C. This is followed by the so-called vacuum expansion, which makes the pieces crispy in a short time. Then they go through another round of drying. And then nothing stands in the way of the title of perfect roasted onions. The furniture store hot dog can only look enviously at your home!
