Always looking for new things to create, I seldom follow recipes, as I prefer to experiment and eventually succeed by myself. A nutritional coach, I like transforming "unhealthy" dishes into healthier versions of themselves, so that they can meet the needs of people who try to lose weight or cut their sugar and processed food intake, without giving up the taste!
