Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und habe schon verschiedene Ernährungsformen durchprobiert. Ich war gern Vegetarierin und habe mich auch mal an die vegane Ernährung herangetastet. Das musste ich jedoch aufgrund meiner Gesundheit/Blutwerte wieder abbrechen. Ich betreibe gerne Krafttraining und gehe laufen.
