- bread: 300 g
- plant-based milk: 1000 ml
- dates: 100 g
- oats: 100 g
- almond flour: 100 g
- chocolate drops: 100 g
- raisins: 2 handfull(s)
- vanilla: 1 pinch(es)
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
Soak the raisins for 15 minutes in warm water.
Grind the oats into flour.
Sprinkle the dates with a bit of water.
Break the loaf in two and let it soak in the plant-based milk until it has fully sucked it up.
Stir together all of the ingredients in a bowl into a soft dough.
Line a pan with 23/24 cm in diameter with baking paper and cook the dough at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
Let the bread cool off in order for it to harden. The bread will reach its ideal texture after having rested for a day.
