- butter: 1 tbsp
- legume mix: 125 g
- water: 250 ml
- vegetable broth: 1 tsp
- onion: 1 piece(s)
- egg: 0.5 piece(s)
- garlic clove: 2 piece(s)
- paprika powder: 1 tsp
- ground cumin: 1 tsp
Briefly sweat the legume mix in some butter in a pan. Add a quarter liter of vegetable broth and let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes.
In the meantime dice some onions and squeeze out some garlic.
After 15 minutes briefly blend the cooked legume mix, let it cool off and then add all of the remaining ingredients.
Form two little cakes out of the mass with the help of two spoons.
Heat some oil in a pan and roast the falafel from each side for about two minutes.
