- cocoa powder: 75 g
- baking powder: 1.5 tsp
- erythritol: 65 g
- apple sauce: 330 g
- hazelnut butter: 150 g
- maple syrup: 115 g
Sift together the cocoa powder, baking powder and erythritol.
Stir in the apple sauce, hazelnut butter and the maple syrup.
Pour the batter into a muffin baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180° C.
