Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Sift together the spices in a bowl and then fold under the chickpeas until all of them have been equally coated with the spice mixture.
Place the chickpeas on a baking tray that has been ligned with baking paper and bake them for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
The chickpeas are best enjoyed when they're fresh out of the oven!
