Roast the hazelnuts for about 10-15 minutes in your oven at 160° C.
In the meantime let the dates soak in hot water in order for them to become softer and easier to process.
After the hazelnuts have cooled off and the dates have been soaked blend all of the ingredients until they form a smooth mass. In order to reach a more creamy substance simply add a bit more of the plant-based drink.
