- grated coconut: 120 g
- coconut cream: 100 g
- maple syrup: 4 tbsp
- molten coconut oil: 1 tsp
- Bourbon vanilla: 0.5 tsp
- as many molten chocolate drops as you'd like to have for the chocolate glazing
Blend all of the ingredients needed for the filling.
Press the filling into a bar-shaped form and place it for about an hour into your freezer.
Melt the chocolate drops in a bain marie or in the microwave and then use it to coat the bars afterwards.
Place the bars for another hour into your fridge and then enjoy them afterwards!
