- pumpkin: 25 g
- apples: 50 g
- buttermilk: 150 g
- egg whites: 30 g
- flour: 50 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- cider vinegar: 1 tsp
- sugar substitute or vanilla sugar: 1 tbsp
Peel the pumpkin and put it for about a minute into the microwave.
Roughly grate the apple and pumpkin.
Stir the baking powder into the vinegar.
Stir together all of the ingredients and bake for 1-3 minutes from each side in a pan.
Serve and enjoy!
