- Jumbo raisins: 80 g
- grated apple: 80 g
- grated carrot: 100 g
- sugar-free chocolate drops: 100 g
- coarsely chopped almonds: 100 g
- mashed ripe bananas: 150 g
- rape seed oil: 200 g
- eggs: 4 piece(s)
- whole wheat flour: 200 g
- baking powder: 1 package(s)
Stir together all of the ingredients except for the flour and baking powder.
Sift together the flour with the baking powder and then stir them into the other ingredients.
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan, place a halfed banana on top of the batter and garnish with almond slivers.
Bake for 65 minutes in your fan-assisted oven at 170°C. After 40 minutes cover up the cake.
