- plant-based milk or water: 200 ml
- oats: 40 g
- chia seeds: 1 tsp
- flax seeds: 1 tsp
- psyllium husks: 1 tsp
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- frozen berries: 100 g
- rice protein: 2 tsp
- almond butter: 1 tsp
- cocoa nibs: 1 tsp
- roasted coconut crisps: 1 tbsp
- cashews : 1 handfull(s)
Pour the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husks, cinnamon and salt into a pot.
Fill the pot with 200 ml of plant-based milk or water and bring to a simmer.
When bubbles are forming, reduce the heat and stir thoroughly.
Add the rice protein and the frozen berries.
Let it simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes on low heat.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and stir in the almond butter. Garnish with berries, cocoa nibs, coconut crisps and cashews.
